They are incompetent. Called to place a prescription refill, she said she couldn't place the order that night (5:45 pm). Called the next day, that person couldn't find my account! It took her literally 15 minutes! Once she found it, it was another 10 minutes to complete the order. This is the last in a series of similar dealings with them, we're switching to another pharmacy.

I just spoke with the rudest customer service rep I've ever experienced. I work in customer service. I understand dealing with crazy people can grate on a person, but I somehow manage to be civil and professional. The snark in this woman's voice was incredibly uncalled for and beyond unprofessional. I am not sure about the company in general, but reading these other reviews and having the experience I just had, I am pretty sure I won't be doing business with them again. I have yet to receive my order, since they don't seem to care that they haven't heard back from my vet.

Is it possible to give zero stars? If you care for your pets find another vendor! Under new management the quality has dropped well below what is feasible. Almost a month to get my dogs prescription. Numerous phone calls emails resulted in more wait time. I AM DONE

this company has no communication in house, They told me my order was not able to be filled at this time so I called to cancel to make sure, they shipped the item the next day, charged my paypal after I was told it would not be charged and after I had ordered this item from some where else. Now I can not return it because its meds, I am out the money and have pills that expire and "they are sorry" please visit us again,,,over my dead body

Had to return an item. Called several times. Never received a refund and keep getting a run around. Will never do business with them again. Not only lost $50 for my item, out of the item also, but also return shipping money. Will never do business with them again

I will NEVER purchase from this company again. I purchased arthritis medication for our Dalmatian. It took a week to arrive and the wrong product was sent. I ordered a chewable and did not receive a chewable. It took a week for KV to respond to me and they responded that prescriptions are non-refundable. They sent the wrong product!!!!! I am debating whether to put the purchase in dispute with my credit card company as KV clearly has no intention of correcting their error and sending us the product we had ordered.

A 1 star is to much.... I ordered medicine with 3 day ship guarantee. Only part of my order was boxed and shipped and I have ups ship weight that verifies it. I called and complained very nicely the first tume and they were to ship it asap.. nope! It took them 4 days to ship the product which was medicine that I needed for my pets. If it actually arrives when they say it will be two weeks after my original order. I will not order again from this company! Buyer be ware

I ordered for the first time my dogs flea and tick medication on line from this Company. It took about two weeks to find out our Vet here in Fla. had to give me a hard copy and I had to Mail them the RX. I mailed it the day I received it. The problem started after I waited about 6 days to see if they received the RX and got a new story from customer service on every call. I heard it was at the bottom of the pile, to they did not have it,(even though the last REP. told me they had it, to it was mailed, to they still were still working on it. When I looked on line it showed they were still waiting for RX. I am sure Customer Service documents when you call the company. It took almost one month to finally receive this and they sent it the slowest way possible, and only after I talked to a Supervisor and complained. When I wrote them a complaint, I received an e mail back blaming it on my Vets time line. I will NEVER order from this Company and if you need anything quick, I would not order from this company ever.
