Great customer service. A truly lost art in today's world. Thank you KV employees

Received as ordered and at the promised time

I have always enjoyed ordering from kv vet. The receptionist on the phone is polite and helpful. I appreciate the sales they put on. They are my primary equine seller. No complaints.

Placed an order and within a couple of days received it. No hassle, and fast service.

This was my first order and I was impressed with how quickly it was processed and mailed. Thanks!

I need antibiotics for my elderly cat. KV quickly contacted my vet for approval and got the prescription to me within 2 days. My cat needed the Rx quickly, KV had the correct Rx, contacted my vet in NH to verify the Rx, and the price was less than half of what I would have paid if I had purchased through a vet's office. Great service! Great price! Very appreciated!

I ordered a prescription drug for my dog, and KV was great. They called my vet to confirm the Rx, followed up a couple days later when they hadn't heard back from the vet, and then called me to inform me of the status. As soon as they received the go-ahead from the vet, they processed my order immediately and I received it a few days later. I will absolutely continue using KV in the future!
