Items I needed were back ordered but they were prompt with getting them out to me when I arrived. When I emailed them to see about it they were prompt at getting back to me. Items seem good quality.

Products received when promised. Service has always been good and I will continue to buy there. I am reserving review of Vetri-Science Flea and Tick for dogs, waiting for some positive results. Applied it 4 days ago to a number of dogs. As of today, we still have fleas.

There is only one complaint (I use KV monthly). I think the website is slow and not user friendly. The product, shipping and when I have to call (Due to the web-site), the people are helpful.

As an animal shelter, where quality and money matter greatly, we have been impressed with the products and prices. There have been a few glitches, on line ordering, but those have been minor. We are absolutely repeat customers.

I have had to call a few times and the customer service was great. I order products and prescriptions from KV Vet. My only disappointment is the recent price increases. I may have to shop around some more.

I had a hard time trying to find the products. I have ben using KV Vet, now KV supply for many years and am very pleased with their service.

Disappointed some seasonal items I wanted were out of stock and could not be back ordered. Although I still highly recommend Purchasing from KV vet

It came when it said it would be here. I like the ease of tracking.
