Ordered item online and received receipt of my order but no shipping confirmation. Called in and was told they had not received my order, so did it over the phone without a $5 processing fee. Was told should receive in 3 to 4 business days. Happy to get the discount for the inconvenience, but had I not called to inquire, I would not have been contacted.

When there is a shortage of lactated ringers solution, I am limited to purchasing 3 bags per week. Because I am being limited in my purchase, my order is less than $50, so I am charged $5 handling fee each week. I would gladly order $100 worth or more at a time, but KV is limiting me. It would help if I could place an order for 10-12 bags at a time, then have them ship 3 bags per week until my order is fulfilled without charging me shipping or handling. It's also very inconvenient to have to remember to order every week. Besides this issue, I have been very happy with the company. UPDATE: KV Supply worked with me to remove the handling fee when supplies are low. I have since been very happy with their products and service

Box arrived quickly. Unfortunately what I ordered was not in the box. Called and after being on hold for 15-20 minutes got a very helpful person who reshipped my order and is sending a shipping label so I can return the other orders.

Folks at KV handled contact with vet after placing initial order. Only negative was the almost week is silence between first contact and notification the order had shipped.
