I have been using KV vet supply for many years, mostly for my older dogs medications. I've had to call a few times over the years as the prescription requirements were not as user friendly or streamline as they seemed to be on the website. Most recently I ordered medications on a Sunday. On Tuesday morning I called to cancel my order because our dog had died. I was not allowed to cancel because the order had shipped already. I do appreciate the quick turn around but I have been a long time customer and its not as if I had opened the package. It did not arrive for another 3 days which made me think it may not have actually left the warehouse yet. I just thought the human I spoke to could have made the extra effort to be sure it wasn't sitting and waiting to leave. It was hard enough to go through this loss. Now I am stuck with un-opened medications, out a good amount of money, and had a package arrive for my deceased family member.

The Rx confirmation and pet assignment on a mobile app did NOT work. I couldn't assign the Rx ordered to one of two dogs after the order was processed. I had to re-visit the assignment URL from the results of the order on a desktop browser to properly assign the script to the appropriate pet.

Good price, but didn't let me know about backorder or when to expect delivery.

I have used the KV website numerous times. Each time I get more and more frustrated with it. It is slow to respond, it is difficult to navigate and find items and when it comes to checkout everything grinds to a bigger slowdown. I have canceled orders in the middle and tried coming back later thinking that maybe it was a busy time. All to no avail. If the people at KV WANT TO EXPERIENCE A WEB SITE THAT WORKS WELL AND QUICKLY THEY SHOULD TAKE A LOOK AT 1-800 PETMEDS. I find I can login, find my products and checkout by the time KV is just getting itself organized.

Ordered Denamarin which is temperature sensitive. Nothing was done RE: packaging to ensure this was protected. Am hoping the potency was not affected.

I ordered 8 packets of 3 pig ears. I assumed there would be 8 packets, 3 in each shrink wrapped style package, for a total of 24. I only received 23 and they were all loosely together in a small white trashcan size plastic bag. Some were so small they shouldn't have even counted as 1. But, the total number in the bag was 23 not the 24 I ordered!

I am not impressed with your range of products. Please offer more natural dog treats. Your site is okay, but it could be much more user-friendly. I found it difficult to get around the site, particularly getting back to a page of products from a closeup on one.

Delivery was speedy, unfortunately it was the wrong part.
