Tried to order flea treatment. Didn't know I needed a prescription. Got a left 2 messages, when I finally got in touch they were very aggressive and nasty. Didn't offer any solutions to the prescription issue. I quickly canceled order because I didn't like the way they handled this.

I bought this product because my dog has a bad habit of eating poop. At first the product seemed to be deterring her and I was delighted. However, after a week and a half she is back to her old habits and the product seems to have no effect. I am really disappointed.

I have ordered from KV Vet for years and this was the first time I have been disappointed in them. I had three vaccines sent overnight delivery. I received notification of delivery to our drop box at 6:15 pm. (I had already checked the box twice between 5 and 6 pm.) I picked up the package by 6:30 and took it to the refrigerator. But when I opened it, I was disappointedd to find that the "cold pack" was completely spent. That left me with no idea of how long the vaccine had been without cooling or how hot it might have become during the trip. I will continue to order from KV, but I may have second thoughts about getting vaccines from them.

I don't like my heartworm coming out if the original box. I do not like the fact I had to worry about my refill which is due to ur site and I do not like at all that I have to call to track my pkg Seriously thinking of finding another place to purchase my 100.00 heartworm from twice a year.

I do not understand how someone can expect to be given a rating when the product ordered has not been received and there has been no other communication regarding the shipment but the one received on 01/17/2016 stating that for items in stock the expected ship date is Monday 01/18/2016 and the estimated delivery date is Monday 01/21/2016 and Monday, 001/25/2016. Today is Friday, January 29, 2016 and we have yet to receive our order.
