I have been giving these treats to my dog for 7 years. K V has the best prices I have found. The only problem has been availability. I have been buying them in larger quantity but my past 3-4 orders have been the individual bags which is not as economical. They seem to be "out of stock" often.

KV Supply offers prescription medications that if bought at my veterinarian would cost me more. The prices are one major reason why KV Supply is highly recommended - everyone wants to get quality products for their pets and KV Supply does that at a lesser cost. You may have to be patient with the slowness of their IT process - an area for future improvement.

Great products& selection,only drawback is wait time for delivery

Am generally pleased except with ordering RX items so have switched my RX items elsewhere. Also have trouble with checkout. I do not want to have an account, etc. I just want to check out .

I have gotten very good service from KV. Shipments arrive promptly and in good condition. Prices are great. The only problem I have had is with the web site. I tried to add another pet and get a faxed prescription from my vet. I got to the page where one selects a vet which I did. I do not know if it was done as there is no button to click on to proceed to the next step. I finally clicked on another option to get off the page. Phone assistance is great! Very nice people.

Every time that I have ordered from KV, my order is usually received within 2 days. That is efficient! The only "gripe" that I have is: I wish the KV folks would allow us to retreive the KV bucks on-line when we place our next order.

My only complaint about KVVet is that they don't keep the KVBucks digitally. They send you a physical coupon you have to not lose. I know I've gotten KVBucks from previous orders (I can see them in my order history!) but I always lose track of them by the time I'm ready to order again.
