I have ordered many items in the past from KV Supply and my veterinarian and I placed an order for a prescription they do not carry in the clinic. This was my first time using the RX services. It took a day for everything to go through on this initial order and my items arrived 3 days later and well-packaged and in perfect condition. I recently placed a re-order and the items were delivered despite the winter storm that hit us in the northeast! I received several updates from UPS regarding anticipated delivery dates and times. I am so very pleased with KV Supply and I am happy that they offer RX services!

KV Supply is one of the few available sources for Lactated Ringer's Solution due to a nationwide shortage. Since my cat's life depends on twice daily fluid infusions, you can imagine how crucial this is. Recently, I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. KV Supply has great customer service all the way thru the transaction. I had a prescription that needed to be updated and the pharmacy tech contacted me so I could get with my local vet and get the blood work test so the prescription could be filled at KV. She contacted me a few days later and I advised her that the blood work was ok. She contacted the vet and the order was processed very smoothly.

KV Vet has the best selection and prices for any and all pet health supplements of any pet supply company. I can find anything I need for my pets' health needs and know I can trust what I get. If their equipment prices would go down a bit I would even get my equipment from them.
