I have used kvvet for several years and have never had any issues. Orders are always delivered promptly and in good condition. the online software is a bit slow but that is my only criticism.

Product is as advertised. Received delivery promptly. Prices were up from the last time I ordered which was depressing. I relied on KV to stay competitive. The shipping & handling were astronomical!!! I understand the products I ordered were heavy items, but I might be looking elsewhere next time I need to re-order.
