I placed my first order for 3 items, including one which required a prescription. Their order process was not clear, asking for my payment without ever asking for my veterinarian information. I was concerned by this so I called their customer service. They assured me that I would enter vet data after paying. That is how it worked - they need to ccorrect this process or at least include information on the prescription requirements during the order/payment process. Also, other than an immediate email confirming the order, I received no further information until my shipment arrived at my door. An email confiming the prescription and an email with shipping information would have been welcome.

I had to mail a prescription to KV. I received the order confirmation which said that as soon as it was shipped and the credit card charged I would receive an update email. Well, no update, it was getting close to the end of the medication for Sandy. I called KV and spoke to a nice lady named Charlie. She checked and said it was shipped and tracked the package. It was on a truck and out for delivery, Yay! I received it later that day. Charlie told me they were having some problems with the new system and email alerts going out to customers. From nervous to happy in one phone call. I deducted one star for the system problems. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars all the way.

In the past, I have always been satisfied with KV vet supply. Since I have not ordered for a while and am a return customer, I would like to receive a new catalog.

I typically use another online company and they are very fast and will call the vet for the RX and do everything for me. My order is usually shipped within 24 hours and I have it in a day or so. KV vet the price was very good. The service was a little slower than I am used to, but overall I was happy with the service.

Order was frictionless. I went to the website and selected the items. Checked out. A few days later the items I ordered arrived. Perfect.
