I had an easy time ordering the heartworm pills for my dog through KV Supply. There was a little snafu with the prescription but it was easily remedied and the product sent without much delay. The biggest problem is that the KV pharmacy is only open until 5 which made it difficult to verify my vet had sent the prescription since I don't get home until after 5. Other than that, I was pleased with the service.

I have been using KV Supply for my pet medicines and supplements for several years and have found your prices and product selection to be very comoetitive. The only shortcoming is the inordinately slow processing time on your website. Even with the recent, much needed, programming upgrades, the time between ordering steps is still agravatingly long. Keep working to improve processing time and you will retain many customers you otherwise would lose to competitors with more efficient systems.

Just ordered 2 bottles of Maleseb shampoo and one of Relief shampoo for a total of $55.00 and am surprised at the "smallness" of the product. I guess I should go back to liquid measure school.

Been using KV for years and they have outstanding customer service that is reliable. Especially good deals with buying in quantity. Sick of being ripped off at the pet stores on small quantity packages of poo bags especially when they don't carry unscented. Do wish KV would make their website more responsive...unless you are very specific in the wording you may need several tries to find your item. Wish more items were made in the USA.
