I ordered the zinpro biscuits and it was the only place I could find the zinpro in treat form. Product is great. I did have to pay a rather high shipping fee, so they only got 4 stars.

Wish there was an easier way to get prescriptions to you all. My Mother was told she could fax them in and I was told to mail them. it took a little longer to get my pets meds because of this... otherwise the experience was great.

Good prices on the products I use, quick service, and all that. What I don't like is that with an item priced at $49.99, you still have the $5. handling charge unless you spend more money -- $50. is the minimum, and I think it rather unworthy of a company to charge a handling charge PLUS shipping on top of that, also for orders under $50.

I have been using KV for quite a few years now. Their selection and prices are also very good. I like getting all I need at one place. I have had to use their pharmacy on several occasions and had some problem. I would call them to make sure they have the prescription, several of mine that were faxed in or phoned in were lost. The pharmacist did assure me they would be looking into the situation and corrected. I also wish they would e-mail you to let you know your order has been shipped.

I love the ease of ordering, the fact that I can stock up and pay no shipping costs, and the fact that I can order items in and out of stock all at once and they're shipped when you get them. I just wish I could have found the out of stock part on the website. I almost didn't order one time because of that. I called and found out I can order everything and it's sent as it comes in. When I call, the customer service reps are always great.

Ordering from KVsupply is easy as pie. The website is a breeze. The selection and service are great. Many thanks!

Fast service, fast shipment. The only negative is that after the order confirmation email there is not a followup email when the item ships giving shipping/tracking information. I've experienced this with every order I've submitted.
