This was my first experience with KV Supply and I was quite impressed: with the extensive variety of products, the pricing and the speed at which I received my order. The only thing which could be improved is the long wait time on hold when calling Customer Service.

I have ordered supplies from KV Supply in the past and it was a very good experience. Recently I ordered a prescription for my dog. Everything regarding the order was perfect except for trying to do it online. The site gave me problems navigating the prescription drug information to select what I needed to order, and when entering the vet contact info and my dog's info (pages would hang or take forever to load and needed refreshing-- I use Firefox browser) so I phoned KV Supply for customer support. They were wonderful to work with over the phone, very helpful and completed my order quickly. They contacted my vet for the prescription info and processed my order and I received the medication in only a few days. The tracking information made it easy to check on my order shipment too. In spite of the website behavior, it was a great experience and I will purchase from them again.

items came quick, however, to get them I had to have them sent to a friend's house...they wouldn't ship to a po box. they usually have what I need.

The only downfall was: I placed a Rx order online and had someone from KV leave me a voicemail requesting me to call back. I tried on 3 different occasions to return the call and was on an automated hold for 10+ minutes without talking to a person. On a positive note, I placed the order on a Wednesday, mailed in the handwritten Rx on Friday and had the meds within 3-4 working days I will definitely use them again!
