After waiting for over 10 days to receive a master catalogue, I called KV again and asked if they could please try again and send one to me. I was told to wait another week. I am still waiting. Seems like they don't care if they do business or not. I have been a long time customer, and usually get treated better than this.

I have ordered this product from this company before, and liked it, so I ordered again....thought I was ordering the same thing....but the product I received this time was much different, and of poorer quality, more cheaply made with thinner materials.

The website is very slow. The web pages leading to checkout are sometimes confusing. Overall I appreciate KV's products. Shipments arrive expeditiously. The website needs a complete review.

I ordered large stainless steel water pans for my dogs. First, the labels were nearly impossible to get off the inside, took forever to get the glue residue off. The pans themselves are surprisingly thin and flimsy, bowing in and out on the bottom when filled with water. I'll not be surprised if they don't get punctured by a tiny piece of gravel at some point. They will do the job but I am disappointed in the quality of the pans.

Website is always having issues so I have to call and talking to customer service which is always a fight. They don't know their own website and they are very rude.

This is the only time I have ever ordered from this company, and I only ordered a single item (a 4 pack of stock tank water cleaners). When I received my package, it was the wrong product. What I received was half the amount (2 water treatments instead of the 4 I had ordered), amazingly, for the same price, I was told. The customer service rep. was very pleasant and did get things straightened out, but it took over 30 minutes on the phone.

KV is the only company that seems to have the product I need, but shipping ends up almost doubling the cost once I click order. They need better shipping options.
