Directed me to the manufacturer when I advised the product I purchased was not similar to the previous orders. Very bad product. Manufacturer won't respond to my email. Will try calling. This is unacceptable.

Ordered everlasting treats, 4 liver and 2 chicken. Received 5 liver, no chicken and no explanation.

INCOMPLETE ORDER STILL AWAITING THE REST

It has been quite a while since I ordered the greenies and they have not been delivered. I find this unacceptable since amazon ships in two days and others do the same. Ann

I ordered a heartworm preventive and asked that they have my vet fax the prescription to them. After a week, my vet told me yhey tried to fax but could not get it to go through. Their fax was sending and receiving other faxes. While KV claimed the same thing, I never once got a phone call in a week's time that they had not yet gotten the rx. I was not told that it can be done verbally which is what my vet ended up doing. Now a lengthy time of warm temps potentially exposed my dog to heartworm carrying mosquitoes. I still have not received this medication. Their website was also balky, I found. I may have to rethink ordering from there in the future.

Used to be able to buy a lot from kvvet. Now I find less and less. Especially when having to have minimum purchase to avoid shipping even when RX is purchased. Then, some rx's - heartworm meds, have been so hard to find in stock every time I need to reorder for my 2 dogs. Never know what brand will be available for their size. Last time I had to pay for 6 individual tablets instead of order a 6-pack. And paid more. Last month - yohad no options for me for at least one of my dogs. Went to Costco. You lost business. My most recent order of may have been my last.

received a product of Mane & Tail with the bottle leaking and worse had black electrical tape wrapped around the cap edge of the bottle.. This is NOT HOW ONE WANTS TO RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT.. I requested a refund or a replacement and will wait to see what transpires

I ordered on 4/29, inquired after a few days. "in process". Finally asked again, then got a call from KV pharmacy. Seems whomever handled this order completely disregarded the NEW vet info that was filled out online at time of order. Last Friday I was told they were sending overnight since we have waited so long. That was four days ago and I STILL do not have the RX that was ordered. NOT happy witk KV Vet Supply today. 11 days a still no product. So much for "overnight," four days later!
