Easy to use and quick delivery

I’ve been a catalog/online customer for at least 10 years now. While I love the extremely quick turn-around on orders and everything is usually in-stock, their pricing on a lot of items has dramatically increased over the last 2-years—some astronomically (Connectin for Dogs, some toys & Nylabones, for example). This company used to offer the best pricing on all of the items. I would exclusively buy everything I use through them, but now I am able to find some of these items locally at a better price. My advice… use this company—but do your research and know what things cost!

It's relatively easy to select the product you want and order online, however…the…checkout…process…is…maddeningly……slow…. Often takes 2 minutes to load the next page. In the meantime, you are wondering if you will have to start over again or just give up and use the phone. I like the shipping and KV Bucks discounts and the prices are reasonable. I continue to use them despite the slow processing.

I am very happy with the service I received from KV Supply. The products came on time without damage.

the only reason i did not give 5 stars, was because when i tried to order 4 needles, the order would not go through, and it did not explain why. I called and got excettent phone service.

My title says it all. I bought more than I planned to just to reach that magic number, over $50.00.

There's really nothing more to say. The rest of the service---correct items, etc.---was fine.
