KV SupplyReviews of kvsupply.com

Everything with my order went well. However, the website was a little quirky and slow.

KV Supply shipped quickly and sent exactly what I ordered. Really like these bowls for cat food. Especially like the material used for the bowls. BUT - Petstages uses a glue to adhere the label to the entire surface of the feeding area of the bowl -- and it's impossible to remove the lable. Didn't want to use anything toxic, so the glue still remains. Bad Petstages

I really like your products, especially the grain free treats. However, I have requested a catalog by email 3-4 times in the last 6 months but have not received one. I had hoped by ordering twice, I would have received a catalog, but nothing so far. I won't order from places who do not give out catalogs as I find it easier to go through a catalog.

Rimadyl...well we all know the price of it. I order Carpofen (generic) here at KV and, while it is still expensive, it is clearly half of the Rimadyl. KV gets my order and it arrives quite quickly (within 2-3 days). They fax my vet and, BAM, it is in the mail. I am grateful to be able to give my pretty brown lab her medication on a very tight budget, because there is KV Supply.

KV Supply is my first stop for pet supplies. They have great prices, excellent customer service, and super quick shipping. The only thing I could ask for is notification that my order has shipped. I don't need tracking info, just a little heads up. I'm often surprised when I get home and there is a package on my porch. Sometimes my orders contain liquid medications and, in Texas, I'd like to get it indoors quickly (asking a neighbor to pick up or be home that day). But, I am very happy that my orders arrive very quickly!!

I was looking at 2 different sites for the product I ordered it was cheaper on the other site but shipping was almost as much.

Handles my orders generally with dispatch, although sometimes is out of what I need.

Great selection of much-needed dog health-related products, speedy & efficient prescription drug service, very helpful customer service folks with the vet rx orders. I've been shopping at KvVet since 2004 and have experienced good, solid service and consistently competitive prices - even against Amazon.
