I regularly order Pet-tabs online - usually the Advanced Formula. Process is simple. Almost without fail it arrives before the expected date. However this time I got the Original Formula as the AF seemed to be oriented to seniors and very active dogs, and that doesn't fit my dog. I also noted the price has increased quite a bit.

In general I have been satisfied, but there is one recurring issue. I never receive notice of shipment and even if I log into my account I can see the order status, but there is no shipment tracking information. When I contact customer service they promptly respond with shipment information including the tracking number and actual estimated delivery date. But why is this info not emailed or at least available online?

I ordered it one day and it came in three days. Very fast service. Will continue to order from here.

Ordering meds from KV is easy, as is non-prescription shopping. The packages always seem to arrive sooner than expected, and the prices are the best around. My only beef is with KV Bucks, the rewards program for purchasing certain items. A piece of paper is included in your order that indicates your Bucks. If you don't happen to have that paper handy, or if you didn't notice it when you opened your package, the next time you shop you p[robably won't use it. KV doesn't keep a recordof Bucks.. I've never been able to cash them in. They should be linked to my profile.

I have been getting prescription meds for my dog from KV for years. They are usually pretty reliable. This past order was a disaster, I don't know where the ball was dropped. But this was only the second time in four years so I guess its ok. Sometimes I have problems submitting my order online and I have to call them. They have stated their system is a little old and they will be upgrading. Their price is so much better then the vet.

I placed an order on the website then mailed the original prescription as requested. When I went back to the website to check on the status of the order nothing showed up for my pet. However, when I emailed customer service they responded quickly to say the order had shipped 9/9 and should be received by 9/14.

I think it's confusing how to get free delivery or handling.
