KV Pet Supply was faxing the order to the wrong Dr office. After receiving an email stating they were going to cancel my order in a few days because of no contact from my vet, I called KV pet supply and they had the wrong fax number. They changed it and everything went great from there. Everyone was very friendly about the mix up and once the Rx was received I received medication in 2 days. Very fast. Definitely recommend.

All was well except one of the two bottles of foaming saddle soap leaked about 1/4 of its content during shipment. The cap was loose. Not worth the effort to send it back.

Having dealt with KV Supply for several years, I have found the company a reliable and cost-effective retailer of products, including prescription medications, for our cats and dogs. The five dollar flat rate standard shipping charge is highly competitive with other mail order companies, and free standard shipping on orders over $50 is something we appreciate greatly.

Overall I found what I needed (when I couldn't find on other like websites) and products were available and arrived quickly. However, I think your website could be a bit clearer when it comes to those items that need prescriptions. To me the information was not straight forward as it could have been so I needed to call to ensure I understood it correctly. If you had a better description it would be a lot easier on people ordering those types of items....especially when it's their first time doing so- as it was in my case.

All said and done - I was pleased - some delay - but could possibly be the delay was the result of contacting my the prescribing veterinarian and waiting for their return response.

My only regret is that as soon as I find something I like using, it is deleted. Items like "Clear Lungs" and "Thyro-Vital. I imagine that not enough of us found them to be worthy of our use.

Always have good experience with K V. My order was delayed a bit this time due to getting my vet to provide necessary information, but I found out today that the medication has been shipped and should be delivered Monday. Customer Service reps are always helpful.
