I have repeatedly ordered medication for my dog from KV. The cost is at least one-third less than what my veterinarian was charging for the exact same medication. Whenever I have had a question or problem, the folks at KV have been very helpful. I have communicated with them both by email and by phone. I only have two complaints: (1) I don't get confirmation that my order has been shipped (unless I inquire about it) so I am left wondering when I might receive the goods; and (2) if I have neglected to check a box when filling out the order form, and hit "submit," all of the information I've input is wiped out and I have to re-check all of the boxes I had previously remembered to check.

Made a typical periodic re-order of product via Online - went thru as usual & product arrived w/in predicted delivery window - great product - great price - only minor disappointment is I've never seen/gotten a discount or free shipping on this item ...

While the customer service, quickness of the free delivery is great , I'm sad to see them change the supplier of the Tylan powder. I encapsulate the powder and get 100 less capsules even though it's supposedly 100g the same size as Elanco which is what they used to carry

Told by Vet that my dog, Maxx has a heart problem. I was given 2 prescription that I was having problems filling at my local pharmacy. They did not carry the exact amount as prescribed. How fortunate I was to find exactly what I needed on this app. KV Supply. Not only did they have what I wanted but it was cheaper than purchasing through the doctors office. They verified my prescriptions and they were promptly forwarded to me and Maxx. 😋

Prices are good and delivery service is excellent.

My dogs (and all of the dogs in the neighborhood that we share with) love the Pooch Passions Dried Treats. The problem is that the treats are frequently backordered. I called KV Supply and spoke to Rachel and she said she would check with the buyer and call me back the next day with an idea when they would be available. She never called. I happened to check the KV Supply again a week later only to see that there were just four bags left. Fortunately, I got two of them. But when someone says they will call you back and they don't, that could be lost business for the company. Not good. Otherwise, I am happy with KV.

Thank you for supplying my pets medications. Delivery was quick and I appreciate the low prices. If I had one recommendation, it would be to let your customers know that their items have shipped. I had to call to verify that the medications had been sent. Customer service was really quick in getting back to me, so that was appreciated. Thank you.
