I have always been very satisfied with service received from KV Supply. My only problem is that sometimes it is very hard to complete an order online, in which case I just call my order in. But my order arrives at my house in one or two days after the order is placed. I consider that a terrific record.

I have been a customer for about 15 years. Once when I had a question, they connected me to a vet so I could ask a question about a product and how it would help my horse. Excellent experience. Kyle the pharmacist was quick to contact me via e-mail to verify my vets correct phone number as is had been entered incorrectly. The medication was then shipped out promptly. Having just moved last week to a very rural area in Northern California, I will be using KV Supply mail order for all my animal RX's.
