I like this company. Good customer service, products, pricing and free shipping (for qualifying orders). However, I wish there was a tracking system to be able to check on shipping without calling. Just a little bit of nail biting to make sure my prescription would arrive before I ran out.

Orders can sometimes be slow. Plan ahead. When drugs are backed ordered, alternatives options are not provided. Substitution of brand name to fill the gap when generic is not available. I have used KV for years. The issues I have had recently is new. I am sure this is only temporary.
