I have purchased this more than once and find it works well. I haven't been brave enough to spray it directly on the cats but spraying around them hasn't bothered them. When I spray the dog any critters die very shortly but he is a very shorthaired dog whch I'm sure helps. I have also used it to spray anything I might pull up on a flea comb and it kills fast. There is a lot of wildlife around here and it helps put a stop to things before they get out of control. It has a pleasant scent and I have an idea it can be used for many things besides on pets. KV Supply is very efficient and delivers quickly. I look forward to purchasing from them many times in the future.

I originally contacted KV regarding Bio Meth (recommended by my farrier) to help heal a horse hoof with a vertical split. However, I had just started the horse on a supplement that actually contained more of the daily dose of Bio Meth active ingredients. The vet said that giving him more would not really help and suggested Hoof Alive to facilitate hoof health. I discussed the product with my farrier who said it was a good product. I was also impressed by the comments from other users on the KV web site. I ordered 16 oz from KV and it was delivered to the barn within 3 days. We just started applying it every other day and will switch to twice a week in accordance with the directions on the container. Interestingly, though it feels very greasy, like axle grease, but after applying it to the hoof using a swatch of cloth, what gets on my hands is absorbed fairly quickly and I don't even have to wash it off. I have had a split thumb nail for years and will see Hoof Alive will help it clear up. So KV gets 5 stars because of the helpfulness of the KV staff and prompt delivery. If Hoof Alive works as well for my horse as for other users, then it will get 5 stars too. I can provide more feedback after we have used it long enough to see how well it helps the crack heal.

KV Supply is wonderful to work with. Their customer service (Diane!) is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. If an item is out of stock, they give you options to make sure you get the product. Good customer service is rare these days; other companies could learn a lot from KV Supply's personnel!
