I ordered meds for my little poodle honey. The prescription period was only written for 2 refills, but we review honey's lifetime meds once a year so the precription was not exactly correct. Also, when ordering I doubled clicked the order but only wanted one. KV faxed the Vet and corrected the double order and sent honey's meds in time before she ran out. I always check here first before ordering anywhere else. I have used KVPET/Supply for many years and my dogs and I agree that we like them, alot. Jack Kelly

I often buy supplies for subcutaneous fluids for my senior feline and it's usually backordered, but they always call to ask if I'd like the other items in my order to be shipped first. Once, when one of the fluid bags sprung a leak in shipping, I called them up and they refunded it, no problem
