This is the second thing I have bought from your website in the past week and have spend close to 300 bucks. The first time took me forever because your website is not user friendly checking out. This time I was given a link for the prescription and it would not link so I had to call to get it registered so that you would process.

I am a first time customer. The process to get the Rx from the vet was not clear on the web site. You have to to go through the whole checkot process, then you get options. Customer support answered in a couple of hours. Will use again.

I have used Freedom 45 topical flea and ticket preventative for easily 5-6 years and found it fine. This October I started a new batch I ordered. Within 3 days of applying it two of my dogs had fleas! I sprayed them with a water-based pyrethrin and changed & washed all the bedding which seemed to control the problem. I applied Freedom 45 again at the beginning of November & again within days several dogs had fleas. It is not clear if the product was defective or if my fleas had suddenly become immune, but I dumped the rest & switched to Advantix II with excellent results. The supplier/producer should be notified that the product is defective.
