I was pleased with the value of the medication I purchased, the prices were lower than any other reputable pharmacy. However the initial contact with the Vet's office took a week. KV stated they sent 3 faxes - however the faxes being sent by KV supply were never received by the Vet's office. The Vet's office was receiving faxes from other companies so it was not an issue of their fax not functioning. I was not informed KV was having an issue contacting the Vet till I called them a week later when the heart meds my dog's life depends on had still not arrived. After playing phone tag between the Vet and KV the issue was finally resolved when KV suggested the Vet call in the script. After the contact issue was resolved I received excellent customer service from KV and plan to continue to fill my dogs meds through them in the future.

The order stated that Dex is on back order, but there was no mention of how long this might be. It also said I could expect my order by the 13th of Nov., which has passed. Would be nice to know what to really expect. Should I cancel and try elsewhere? Or is the Dex expected soon? My Vet has already provided the needed info.
