Every time I have ordered from KV it's been a great experience. My items ship quickly, and all items are always in perfect condition. I will say (no fault of KV whatsoever!) that I'm glad my last order was unbreakable, because I caught the UPS man throwing the box up against my front door and on to the porch when it was delivered! I was called by the Pharmacist and told that the entire prescription for my dog wasn't available but that half could be shipped... and at NO extra cost to me. I thought that that was just plain nice! It's not often that you encounter human-on-human interaction between a business and a customer any more. Thanks!
