Overall KV is a great place to order supplies for my pets. I have never gotten any product that was not good. As a dog breeder, I order a lot of stuff. However, the prices are usually not quite as low as Revival Animal health. KV has a much better selection of things than Revival. But, because of Revival having lower prices, I often order from Revival.

Excellent prices. Difficult compatibility with mobile phone browsers. Even with overnight shipping, order processing takes several days.

Web site was hard to navigate for a first timer, but the product, service and price was good and I will be repeat customer.

Very nice to work with. Only complaint is that the rx arrived a day later than stated. Prices are great!

I was very impressed with the level of service KV offered, particularly offering to get directly in touch with my vet on my behalf. My only frustration was with delivery. My order was placed on 12/21 and my three-day delivery did not arrive until 12/29, meaning my cat had to go several days without his heart medication.

Thank you for your review with Trust pilot. Customer feedback is appreciated. I tracked your package to see the tracking progress and see that you order shipped the day after it was placed and because of Christmas, UPS did not move much on Thursday, not at all on Friday and only overnight air packages were delivered on Saturday. The holidays falling on a weekday this year really slowed shipping. I hope your cat is doing well now. Please let us know if you have any questions and someone will be happy to help you. KV Supply

timely delivery. however, my vet doesn't charge much more than you do. i thought that your products were reduced much more.

I have not been able to place an order for this product. I understand it is a problem with your supplier from several months back. It should have been resolved by now. I now have to look for another source or order a less desirable product for which I must get a new prescription. ):

All except for one occasion KVSupply has done extremely well by me. I like the product I purchase. I have been dealing with KVSupply for many years. Only problem I have is the high cost of shipping. KVSupply is very easy to deal with and is very supportive if any issues arise.
