I'd like to start with the site itself, it has a lot of options with good prices and is easy to navigate. What happens from there is downhill at least for me.. I express mailed the prescription in for my pets Plasma Lyte in since the price is double at my vet and we have to treat every other day. When I checked the website to see the status, the order had not yet been processed, this was the next week. I called and was told by the representative she was unsure why it was not processed as the product was in stock. She put me on hold and checked with the pharmacist to make sure they had the script, which they did. She told me it would ship out the next day. Well I chec the site tonight to see if I could track the package- nope, but here's the big issue, I orderes 10 bags and only 3 were shipped. No communication from anyone. Status shows shipped and closed??? Now I'm back on the phone, going to the vet again ! This has been a bit of a disappointment...

For medications KV is great. Fast turn around time with faxing the vet for a prescription and mailing it out. As for pricing of other items I looked at a catalog and went online to purchase only to find the prices were higher. I asked customer service what was going on and was told prices went up. I find that very poor when there is a current catalog out ( the Christmas catalog!) with prices good until January 15, 2015. I decided not to order as the pice hike was substantial.

My most recent trip to your web site resulted in having find my order history to order my vitamins for my horses. I was unable to find A B C Plus Vitamins in the twenty five lb. refill bag. My order history allowed me to find the product and the correct stock number. JUST SAYIN

Greetings, My card order has declined. I have been trying to call to correct the error on the card and since I have been on hole for such a long time until I decided to hang up my phone, it been like this from since I have receive the email stating my card has declined . Its really bad service for someone that always do business with your company to be getting this type of service as of not getting through to a receptionist . Thank you,

Good selection and prices, but I resent paying a $5.00 "handling" charge. That is not reasonable. They waive it if you spend enough. Not competitive with other pet suppliers. On the shipment information, again, very outdated system, fairly wide range of when you might get your package.

I was very disappointed as every item I ordered had increased in price from what was posted in my recent catalog.

I ordered a few articles from KV Vet. The prices seem to keep increasing on shipping. The shipping is supposed to get there within an allotted time only this doesn't happen and it hasn't been the first time. The shipment is late, this time I wasn't even able to track the shipment unless I called in and got a hold of a real person. I get it if we have to pay to ship items, but then it should get there on time. Also, when I submitted the order I had an email saying they couldn't ship to our PO Box when I had clearly differentiated the PO box for mail only, our home address had been listed under shipping address completely separate from billing, don't' know why this was suddenly a problem, have been using this company for 5 or so years, not going to use them again unless after some much needed research I can't find something better. Some of their items are always out of stock without explanation.

I have ordered from this catalog for several years, but I am confused as my last order had different prices for online ordering of the same item as appeared in the catalogs I have received.
