Poor Back order Communication
I ordered toothpaste and brushes. These were shipped immediately and THE FULL SHIPPING CHARGE was billed over $15 for this light weight package. The gallon of shampoo is back ordered with no communication of when it might be expected. I will not be surprised if it fails to arrive at all since KV have already collected the shipping fee.
