Excellent prices and customer service. However, an autoship feature would be very helpful. As someone who often forgets her own Rx refills - and as the person who orders our pet meds but does not administer them- I often find us using the last pill on the same day the new shipment arrives because I ordered at the last minute! Having autoship, like my human pharmacy does, would be wonderful!

I ordered a puppy pen and then within an hour decided it was going to be too small. I tried calling the customer service repeatedly waiting for 20 minutes and never being connected. I finally sent an email and a fax and my order was cancelled. It would be nice to be able to get a live person on the phone. Other than that, I think this is a wonderful company, products are well priced and I will definitely shop here again.

I shop for human and animal drugs using goodrx.com to find competitive prices, and KV Supply routinely has good prices. The KV Supply web system can be somewhat frustrating. For example, adding the Vet contact info for each drug is clunky. Adding Vet contact info is almost impossible. My latest beef is that when I ordered the drug "Interceptor" the web site did not inform me that there are two types: "regular" and "plus." Of course I ordered the wrong type and it cannot be exchanged. Oh well, this is part of the price we pay for not buying our drugs straight from the Vet. C'est la vie.
