I was surprised that it took so long to arrive. I placed an order on Monday and didn't hear until 4 days later that it was shipped. I will have to remember, if refilling scripts to order much sooner then expected.

I have ordered from KV Supply several times for my pets prescriptions, but this time they said they did not receive the prescription from my vet and didn't alert me to this fact. So after not receiving a shipping notice, I called to see what the hold up was and they said they hadn't received the prescription. So I called my vet and they had in fact sent it in - so they sent it again. If KV Supply had just picked up the phone and called the vet after a certain amount of time of not receiving the prescription, it would have saved me a lot of time and several phone calls. Follow through with your orders - provide better customer service.

KV Supply is very prompt in sending products. However, there is a problem with figuring the appropriate tax to orders. I have called and mentioned the problem and was told it was unable to be corrected on the website. Therefore, when I place orders I have to call in the order rather than order online. I never have this problem with placing online orders from other retailers. This should be able to be fixed with the KV Supply website!

The only problem i had with this shipment isn't KV's fault: It came a day later than KV thought it would, which left me with hungry bottle baby kittens. But we managed.

I do not like the steps in refilling a prescription. I logged on and selected the quantity and then went to Check-out. The webpage asked for all of my credit card information which I then supplied and hit submit. It showed the payment info was accepted but also on that page was an alert that I had no refills remaining and they would have to contact the vet. Had the vet not authorized that refill, I would have now been stressed about having spent hundreds of dollars. If there is an issue with a prescription or a refill, that should ABSOLUTELY be dealt with prior to taking my payment. This is a very, very bad business process and not one that anyone would ever tolerate in any other transaction

I have ordered flea and tick and heart worm medicine for quite a few years now. Always had a pleasant representative in the line when needed. The website doesn't say exactly where and when to complete a prescription request. It's not until you place the order. I have two dogs and the button to click auto fill for next pet didn't complete. I also requested a call back from pharmacist due to one of my dogs developed seizures and not sure if med is safe for her. I have never had a bad experience in the past and will continue to use them. Hopefully they will fix the bugs on the website and I will contact the pharmacist.
