It took too long for you to contract my vet to fill the prescription. I have placed another order 6030469 and the same thing is happening. On my first order I had to follow up with emails and phone calls to get the prescription fill. And it appears I will have to do the same with this one.

They say they ship the same day...well they don't! I called everyday asking when my order was going to ship and they would say "it's shipping today" when it never did. Finally they said my order got misplaced. I ordered enough product for the free shipping but they reduced the quantity of an item. I asked why they reduced the quantity and they said "oh we have a limit as to how many you can order". Well why don't they indicate that on their website? Their prices are less than their competitors but the service is lousy. I would never order from them again.

Well I used my phone to order which made it not very user friendly. I did not have an option to fax or email my rx only to mail which then delayed the order which in turn I then had to purchase it double from my vet. Then it needs to be shipped cold this is why I paid $30 for shipping & it was shipped in a box with a bubble wrapped pouch with newspaper wrapped around the insulin and one ice pack I was very disappointed most with this because I've gotten it shipped before and it would come in an insulated box that might be worth the $30 shipping because the ice that it came with was already melted and I hope the product will still be good because there is no refund. So if they listen to this maybe there shipping will be corrected!

I like the prices and I don't remember having problems with the previous order. This time I got this survey but the actual medication has not arrived yet. When I got the prescription I was told to fax it to KV Supply and they gave me their fax number. After we faxed it, the following day we got a phone call that only the vet could fax it, not just anybody and that we should mail the rx by snail mail which we did. Two days later I got another phone call if we actually mailed it. While I think that the first instruction to fax the rx without specifying that from the vet's office was an honest mistake, I am wondering, why KV Supply couldn't verify with the vet that the faxed rx was legit? Or as the vet to fax another rx? This would help us a lot and our dog wouldn't be several days without meds.

Placed order and paid for it then got email of backordered and I had to inquire about possible ship date. For the prices and type of website the site should show that information up front. I can't use the insect repellent without the canister it is dispensed in. So now two more weeks before canister is even shipped.

I waited seven or 8 days before I called to make sure order had been shipped since I received no email saying it had shipped. I found that there had been three unsuccessful attempts to reach my vet. I think someone should have emailed, called or texted to advise me of a problem so I could facilitate a timely resolution. I will give you another try but customer service needs to improve.

I'm writing this review two weeks after placing an order for prescription items. I no word from KV on my order, but just started wondering what the status was of my order and saw that it's still "in process" - checked the link again they sent to make sure they had my vet info for prescription and it said I already gave that info. Great, so where's my order? About to call, as I know have a moment to write this review and try to take care of this, but how about if I place an order, and there's an issue, YOU guys email ME and tell me? Or does it just take weeks for them to actually process an order? Doesn't matter, will just pay more and get items directly from my vet to avoid the hassle from now on...

The Dasaquin is too large and my dog doesn't like it. My vet had given me a sample which was small like a morsel and he loved it. The money I paid was very much and now I can't have my money returned........
