Great customer service when I placed my original order. They took all my dog & veterinarians information for the prescription medications that I needed to order, and helped to place my order. My order came in less than a week! My refill orders have come in 3-4 days! Great company!!

I have been using this Company to order stuff for my dogs and my foster dogs for years. I give a catalog to all the families that adopt dogs from me and now include the website on the info I give out to adopters. They are reliable and quick. I usually call in my order and the associates are friendly and helpful. I ordered online once and I will do it again if better for my schedule. I have referred several friends and they were happy. Once I had a product that opened and spilled in the box on transport and KV took care of it and sent me a replacement right away.

i have been getting ripped off from 1800 pet meds for over a year - though i didnt know it. then i found kv and am now paying almost HALF the price. since my dog is on meds forever, its very costly - kv is the only viable option for me to keep my dog healthy at an affordable price. and, it was delivers as promised. no problems at all with the website or ordering, etc. very happy i found you , kv.
