I will continue to shop at KV for products and pricing, but am annoyed every time by the many seconds (even minutes) hang-up during the order process. I use Chrome, if that matters.

I switched to KV supply after noticing their prices were better on several items I purchased as a groomer/ pet owner. I have never had to pay shipping, and love the added bonus bucks. My last order was placed online and when I got to end of order saw that shipping was over 17.00! All items except one were free shipping. I understand the 1-1/2 gallon Natires Miracle is liquid and heavy but 17.00 for one item!! I called to check but KV was closed but I had the time and went ahead placing order figuring I would call next day which I did and was told UPS increased their shipping fees. I probably could have gone to a local retail pet supply and paid less considering what it cost me in shipping! Won't order anything liquid again from KV. Otherwise, until now, I've been very pleased and recommending KV to friends and clients.

I wasn't happy that they charge $29 to ship temperature-sensitive items. This is the only place that has my cat's medication stocked regularly, so I have to buy it here. I'm glad that they stock it as she needs it and the vet's office charges way more for it. However, if the medication is temperature-sensitive (my vet says that it doesn't matter), then why is it OK to sit on my front porch all day in near-freezing temperatures after it's been delivered?

I know you do this to motivate future sales BUT other paces I buy from (not animal supplies)offer quantity discounts instead so if you spend X you get "y" off...if you spend more you get more AT CHECKOUT! This motivates me to buy more at one time. I needed 4 bottles of Coindroitin (ea bottle 250ct so over $70 each!!) a yr's supply brought to me out of the USA by my sister who is coming soon...so since you only offer $5 off this product each time I order it, I ordered one, waited til she got delivery then used the card to order another, then used the next card to order another...so you wasted all that money on shipping unnecessarily. NOT SMART MARKETING!!!! I wrote you about this last year...never any comment back of course, so I am sure this is another waste of my effort.

Disappointed that you can't ship prescriptions to CA anymore.

my order was cancelled And the effort to contact me was minimal. Phone call was made but no message was left so I did not know until I called to check on my order

Placing orders seems way too slow………….sometimes I give up and call direct. Also KV is having problems sending confirmation of shipping emails. I am always wondering if my prescription order has ben shipped. Again calling to confirm. Otherwise best prices on the Internet. I'll continue to use in spite of the hassle.

Your service is ok but as I stated in the above with the amount of money I spend I seldom get points. That doesn't seem right with some one buy a toy of something that only cost a few dollar.
