A week after ordering meds, I finally email them to see what the shipping delay is. The next day I receive an email saying sorry, they don't ship to California any more. Why the heck wasn't this order canceled immediately then!? Seriously you just sit there and wait while someones sick pet needs meds!?!? Luckily my pet wasn't having an emergency otherwise this would have caused MINIMUM 2 weeks delay getting meds from another source. Someone over there needs to get fired NOW. You've lost a customer for life and I will make sure everyone I know never uses your website to order. What a joke.

I ordered hart worm medicine from you on the Internet and was told you could not fill my prescription order and sent me to another vet pharmacy ( get you're act in order ) Kurt

My dog chewed through the hoof the first day and the rope didn't last at all either. Not worth the money.

Canceled my order without notifying me. Said none of my information was correct and that my email address was located in a different place than where I was located. Which doesn't make sense to me. They told me my phone number wasn't mine, even though I checked it multiple times to make sure I entered correct number. I will never order from them again.

Ordered In Clover Grin Canine Dental Health Functional Reward - 2.2 lb jar, which was never delivered nor told why order was cancelled. The company must have been sold as this was once a place where I bought all of my pet supplies. I will now have to search fora new company to buy my dog supplies

Ive ordered several things over the years at kv for a sickly cat. The experience this past time was the absolute worst. The person that i spoke to on the phone should be fired. They botched the order then would not correct it. My vet faxed over a script not once but twice to cover the items ordered but the woman i spoke too kept telling me it was declined. Heres an idea, dont fax a vet i havent used in two years. Of course theyll decline it, hes not seen there anymore. Look at the scripts u do have on file because my current vet sent over the script to you TWICE.
