I have ordered from KV Supply for over two years now. I started ordering from them because they carried my cat's medicine, but they also have many, many other pet products, so I started ordering other things too. The good: They often have great sales too. Their packaging is always good- I have never received any broken items ever. I have spoken with customer service or phone ordered for too, and they are always easy to work with. The bad: The shipping, while free, is super slow. Also, the prices on their medications have increased a lot over the past two years, so they are no longer a good deal. I still buy from them anyway, but only because they are convenient and have great customer service. If their prices keep going up, however, I may have to switch to a different online pharmacy for my cat's medication.

Trying stuff out that was suggested to me through here. So far what I bought has been positive with even one use. I was able to find what I needed with a pretty decent description of the items and it was shipped in time that was told.

Ordering process is quick and easy. KV Supply contacts my vet for new and refill prescriptions. Returns are easily handled and credit is fast. No hassle. Great customer service staff.

I've always had very quick response, shipping, etc., and this time was no exception to that experience. However, a few years ago, I had ordered some medication for my dog, and it arrived after he had died. I can understand that the Rx product couldn't be refunded, however the operator I spoke with at that time showed very little empathy for my situation. It was a struggle for me to order from them again, but their price was acceptable for this order.

Excellent product Excellent supplier and excellent customer support. Website is quite not functional. Order information, customer information and payment information must all be transferred a second time by telephone. My guess is that many buyers give up in frustration. If this problem is solved, I am sure they will become a factor in the marketplace.
