My order to KV Supply was fulfilled swiftly and packed very well. Everything shipped safe and arrived at my house in just a few days. One of my items, an equine mega ball, was supposed to come with a foot pump. It did not. I contacted customer service but never received a reply. This has happened twice with two different issues. Everything else is great and I would consider ordering again, but I am afraid if a larger problem came up, my inquiries would go unanswered and be difficult to resolve.

I am still waiting on my comfort zone refills... Otherwise the service has been good.... Please give me an estimated time on how long it will take to send them out... Thank YOU.. Cathie Montgomery

I ordered glycoflex 30 mg. I did not see the packaging say anything about small canine. I cannot use it on a 90 lb. dog and it doesn't come in a large canine size according to the person I spoke with when I called. I would have to use something else.

I'm pleased with your service and products, but I'm puzzled about how you handle KV Bucks. I've used them to save a few dollars on orders in the past. And I'm looking at you catalogue which expires on March 31, 2015. On the back of the catalogue it shows that Cosequin 250 count double strength chewable tablets earn $5 KV Bucks. Earlier in March I ordered this exact item along with 4 Petrodex toothpastes for dogs, and I received NO KV Bucks. I just don't understand how your hit or miss KV Bucks system works????

Walking on the carpets causes a great deal of "fuzz" which accumulates all over the carpet. Frequent vacuuming is needed. Maybe eventually the fuzz will quit. Otherwise the carpet is pretty good at collecting dirt from shoes and paws.

i truly appreciate KV's selection of products and their competitive pricing. But online ordering is often a nightmare. Slow, info doesn't load properly, etc. when I mentioned this to a phone representative, her response was, "yeah, I don't really know how the website works." Not great customer service there, either.
