customer service is very poor. i did not receive my full order. called and was told it would be sent the next day. nothing for a week. called again and was told pkg was damaged and I had to wait for it to be sent back from UPS before they would RE send my item. I was never notified of this as I sat here waiting for the item. It was a 2 piece item so I could not use it until I got the other piece. Will use Jeffers next time.

ORDERED 6 CERENIA FOR MY BELOVED AILING DOG 4/3//2015. ORDER NOT FILLED AND SHIPPED UNTIL 4/8, NOT ARRIVING UNTIL THE AFTERNOON OF 4/13/2015 , 15 HOURS AFTER MY DOG DIED. BY LAW , UNDERSTANDIBLY, NOT RETURNABLE. MY EXTRA LOSS. DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY ABOUT SERVICE !

I measured, compared photos and brands. I got two of the completely wrong doors for my crates. They came in a flat cardboard that had to be torn and now I have no crate to use. Comlerely their fault ! Door they sent me is not the one more n the picture !!!

Mmm let's see. I never received my package, at least not yet! Said it was supposed to be delivered by the 7th and it is not the 9th. Oh and they overcharged my credit card! Bye!

I have a loyal KV customer for more than 10 years. A few months ago I called because the web-site was impossible to use. I placed my order on the phone and was told that they are working on correcting the problem. Ten days ago the web-site was workable but a three minute task, took more than 30. Once again I was told "we are working on it." You need to quit paying your host and employ a bright high school student. I continue to buy but will not recommend KV to anybody. Also, I but despite this totally un-acceptable problem. Get with it, and fix it NOW!

My order Number: 5788339 of Feb. 23, 2015 is out of stock. I caled and spocke with someone that have no ideia when they will have it back in stock. Today, March 6, I decided to cancel my order, I could not wait any longer. Bad experience. I bought it in another place and it was delivered in one day. Thank you, Anamaria
