a technical account issue, by kv supply, occured. i emailed support. i received a short response that did not explain the issue, leaving me further confused. after the 3rd email, i finally received a proper explaination. i received the product a few days later. i am unsure if i will order from kv supply in the future; -price: excellent -product: excellent -shipping: below average -customer service: poor

It's inconvenient that I have to log in to find out if the out-of-stock item I ordered is shipped. No tracking information. Most of the online merchants that I use provide me with shipping & tracking information via e-mail without asking.

Ordered 2 different products for dog urine burns not he lawn- have already been giving the 2 dogs GrassSaver Biscuits for years but now after winter lots of big yellow burned grass circles. Both spray products came quickly and the first one I tried said it would heal the grass and would color it green tip it healed. It was actually teal blue! but darker was better than gold/yellow and now its just darker not green or blue after several days of rain. I tried the 2nd spray product which had no color claims but is supposed to heal the grass- that one was supposed to be watered in so the rain took crd of that. I haven't seen any results yet and I'm not optimistic but we'll see.

I love that they contact my vet for me. So far that part has worked really well. Their prices are great and the selection has exactly what I'm looking for. However, I have 2 concerns with this company: (1) Their website doesn't work well. There's no easy 'use this vet' info when I check out. I swear, it took me a half hour just to get out of that screen without losing all of my info. I nearly logged out and ordered elsewhere! (2) They don't send you any email updates that either your order has been cancelled or that your vet approved your prescription or even that your order is shipping. You have no idea. So, how will you know if you need to order something you really need from somewhere else.. just to make sure you have it when you need it? Unfortunately, they didn't tell me my last order shipped so we overspent to buy the same product locally just because we didn't know that our order was being delivered that same day. So frustrating ... and costly.

Your Items are fair priced but the wait time for my dogs meds are way too long.

I thought it would stick to the pad of the paw.

We love the collar but the brass buckle was damaged when received.

I didn't like that you require a prescription for fish antibiotics. Other companies don't do this.
