I bought a Robinhood Kool Mesh hood size medium, received the hood in the mail tried it on that same day to find out it was too small for my horse. So I alled KV Vet the next day to see how to "exchange" for a larger size. I was told that KV Vet would not exchange the item for a size large which they have in stock, because the its a discontinued item. Very unhappy customer! I was just needing to exchange it not return it.

I have been trying to get some meds for my aging dog. emailed the request and credit card number.Kv said my request was successful. I left for a couple of days, thinking the meds would becoming soon.I came back and looked on my email,there was a request for my vets number for more info.I gave kv the info and asked about my order.They said they did not have wanted some more info. I gave more info and told them my order is on lineTHey asked again for info I already agave Kv. I am getting the run around. My dog does not have meds and I will be finding another means of getting it for him.

I ordered a medication which is: NOT OPTIONAL. It sat and sat and sat and sat with no indicator what was happening. I work during the day so chasing a vendor selling me something I need is not: Optimal. A) you did not have it in stock B) you stated (after I got a human) well we faxed the prescription request and never heard back. Seriously????? You do not want to make the sale? Thats the best you can do? This goes on 11 days and I have to..."chase you". Not clear this is 'customer service' but in this new era of every-man-for-himself-screw-everyone-you-can".. I guess it is??? Look all I want is the "must have meds" when I.. 'must have them'. So if a "must have medication/not optional for the pet" is not something KV Supply gives a hoot about, geebus, what DO YOU CARE ABOUT? Margins? Great. Count me out.

your company is way to expensive. I ordered once from you but once will be it. I found same item at differant company for half price. that says it all good bye

This was the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. Ever. I received my order, and the items I purchase which looked like the same color online didn't match at all. These were collar and lead sets for a gift. I called customer service asking to order another set and not have to pay shipping again. I told her I'd keep the originals that didn't match (even though I can't use them) and just get two more. The collar looked nothing like their picture online. I think the one they shot is different than the one they sell. She had to tell me over and over that they didn't have to match, as rudely as she could, and talked to me like I was stupid. I couldn't believe she got away with talking to people like that, but I really needed the rest of my gift so I had to be satisfied with letting everyone else know what bad service this company gives.

Really disappointing that the KV bucks only applied to regular Esbilac and not the goat milk formula. I believe your flier should have clearly stated ONLY REGULAR FORMULA.

I have order glucosamine for dogs from the Supply Co, several times before my last order. Previously I ordered a pill form. I was checking the price compared to the liquid concentrate version. I found (I thought) a better buy, by switching to a gallon for close to $50. When I was checking out it was written that for orders over $50 shipping was free. So I ordered so pig ears for my dog, which made the cost over $50. I ordered then. But when my card was charged it came to over $70. When I received the Gallon of Glucosamine, on the receipt showed a $2o charge for shipping. THIS IS THE LAST ORDER YOU WILL GET FROM ME> I AM SURE I CAN GET WHAT I WANT LOCALLY>............
