I found KV Supply when looking for the best price for a canine prescription. It was important to me that the site supplied the legitimate product rather than a potential knock off. Ordering was easy and shipping was timely. I do hope they add the function to accept a PDF of the prescription and that they had auto ship.

I received my order in just three days. I have ordered from other sites and had horrible results with what I ordered and what I received.

The bag of Optixcare lysine chews for cats I ordered from KV arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. One of my cats seems to like the chews, another won't even try one. I'll take that. The price for the bag of chews seems to be fair, or at least congruent with other sources. The thing that annoys me is the extra $5.00 handling fee to process one little bag of chews. That seems a little excessive for a single small item.

I ordered wormer and cough syrup for my horse. Both were good prices. I received the wormer within a few days, but the cough syrup was back ordered and did not arrive when expected. I called twice and the 2nd time the product was 4 days late and still not in. This is not KV Supply's fault, but an email letting me know the status would have been nice. Wound up canceling the cough syrup as I could not wait any longer. Everyone in customer service was very nice.
