I ordered the original product from KV supply because it was not available anywhere else. It was however available everywhere under a new name but with slightly different ingredients. I wanted the original one so ordered here even though the price was twice what it was for the new one. Guess what? They sent me the new product. So I got a wrong item for twice as much. Poor service. Won't order here again. Updated - after I posted my review above I was contacted by Diane from KVSupply, who kindly explained why this happened (the manufacturers changed the item without informing them) and offered a full refund or other kind of assistance. For great service and prompt response I've changed to three stars.

I would love it if you would make the online ordering system for prescription meds simpler to use. I find shipping fairly quick and the pricing of carprofen is good, but there are WAY to many steps to ordering a refill and it's constantly timing out. It could be SO much simpler. I have two sites I order online prescriptions from and your's is by far the most complicated.

The site for prescriptions does NOT have a place to order refills on a prescription. It would be to your advantage and to the customer to have this as an option. It would be less confusing to the pharmacist and the customer.

When I submitted order I placed the right vet. When order was processed they sent to a vet in a different town (no idea why). Was told it was rejected. I called my vet they said we were good, we did it again. It was rejected again. Finally I called KV and asked what vet and they told me the name of the wrong vet - I have no idea why they were sending to that vet. Was very frustrating and took about 3-4 days longer than it should have

your website is awful. It takes SO long to order anything, I have had to go elsewhere when in a hurry.

I love KV Supply's prices but at the same time am so disappointed that there is no way to be notified when an item that is out of stock will be replenished. I need to buy an oral repellent for my dog since I have a pet cat that likes to groom him. Problem is that it isn't easy to find it. KV doesn't make it any easier to buy...

I put a rush order in on Saturday. Two problems. You don't ship on Saturdays and you don't ship to PO Boxes. Yet neither of these things is stated when I clicked on the RUSH shipping!!! There should be a note stating you do not ship on certain a days, nor to PO Boxes. I paid Rush fees of almost $50 and for what??? I expected my package on Sunday. I am in a city. Nope. It arrived several days after my overnight order went in. Frustration could have been avoided by better website design that included a popup when rush fees are clicked on.
