i have bought thousands of dollars of product through your company over the years with great service fast delivery. Unfortunately as with most companies that get too big for themselves your service now sucks your customer service reps are rude and you have lost my business I can go elsewhere for cheaper. Oh yea you are no longer a value.

Should have given me more information about status of item.

A detailed message sent to customer service through their web page was completely ignored. One star is more than they deserve. I gave up and ordered elsewhere.

I have ordered from KV for some time, and really like the product availability. Recently I've had troubles with delays with orders. Last order took 13 days from time to order and shipment for no apparent reason. I also inquired three times, twice by phone and the third by email, before getting an answer. First customer service rep said there was no apparent reason for the delay and suggested I call back the next day. I called back the next day and didn't get a return call. The following day, I emailed and got a reply the day after that. When I mentioned 13 days, the 2nd customer service rep told me it was only 9 days since they only count business days. She also told me I must have clicked the link wrong. In my messages, I expressed the urgent need for the products I ordered, including antibiotics that were about to run out. My order was subsequently shipped 3 day express on a Friday after a very long, unexplained delay. I will not likely be ordering through KV in the future.

Ordered $300 in temperature sensitive heartworm prevention for four dogs on 7/14 and paid $44 for next day shipping but did not receive it until 7/22. When it did arrive, I was not home because KV sent no ship notification and it sat out in the hot sun on a 100° day completely defeating the purpose of paying for the really expensive shipping - which was pointless on two counts since the meds are essentially ruined in heat and the dogs were late for their heartworm pills. More expensive at my vet but that's where I'll be buying next time because I wasted $300 anyway. Very disappointed in KV Supply this time. Unfortunately going to be the last.

can't give good review

The new KV are dishonest with lousy customer service. The complete opposite from the old KV. They had an open (backordered) order sitting there with no service for over a month and would have continued to do nothing until I called to find out what was going on. These are medical prescriptions we are dealing with and they are not following up on outstanding orders and blaming the vet (who complied immediately a month ago) for not supplying the needed forms. I'm moving on.
