I have bought many things through the years from KV and have always gotten what I ordered with quick delivery and no problems with the packaging. I have called with questions and the person answering was always friendly and informative. In comparing prices, KV is usually the best when you compare the total package of shipping cost, etc. Also, I appreciate the scripture quoted in the front of the catalogs. It's a little bright spot I look for.

As usual, great service, however I do wish an email with tracking information would be generated upon shipment. This is something that I miss. It is very helpful to be able to track your package and be prepared for it's arrival.

Thank you for your review with Trust pilot. Customer feedback is always appreciated. We understand the frustration of not having the emails with tracking. IT is working on our new system and I have been told once that is in place the emails will return. Please let us know if you have any questions at all and we will be happy to help you in any way we can. KV Supply

I was surprised at how fast I received my order and I really like earning the KV bucks to apply to future orders.

Always great products and customer service; fast, reliable shipping and have had great luck with products lasting ex: jolly apple. Been ordering over 10 yrs, WONDERFUL place to shop.

I ordered from KV Supply. The product arrived quickly. Very happy with the product. My horse is lame. He's now on Connectin. Can't recommend the product enough. I will be ordering from them again because I plan on keeping my horse around for a long time.

I've used KV Supply before. Ease of ordering is always simple & shipments are timely. We were "dogless" for 4 months & now we have another canine. I did order a Checker Crunchable Ball (2.5" size) & unfortunately my dog destroyed it within 5 minutes! Obviously I need something more indestructible. Needless to say, I will be ordering again & spend my "KV Bucks"!
