I am so impressed with KV Supply customer service on the phone. There was a website mistake with my online order and I received a call from representative, Fran. She told me the product that I ordered is actually not available by that manufacturer anymore, but she took me through a series of other possible products that could work for my dog. I asked her about an additional product that I might be able to find a replacement for as well, and she told me she'd call me back with information. When I received my return phone call several moments later, she had done a ton of research for me! She had asked the veterinarian and the pharmacist which medications were similar and considered all the potential options. She was ready with a couple products to inform me of. She waived the shipping fee since my order was $49 and change. The medication arrived in good time. Thank you!

I placed an online prescription order outside of normal business hours and because I was a new customer I was unable to enter my Vet info. I called customer service and left a message.They called me back the next day and I had the med within a week. They were a pleasure to deal with and their pricing on the Prednisolone med was unbeatable.
