This was one of our larger orders to restock necessary items like vet wrap, cosequin, ext. And I ended up making a couple extra purchases. Our order was received quickly and in great shape, thanks for offering great customer service- especially with pharmaceuticals! Buying from you saves us every month, our mare thanks you too!

KV Supply has long offered competitive prices and excellent customer service. I have bought a range of supplements, toys and prescriptions through them and never been dissatisfied. One upgrade I would suggest is sending out an email when my order ships so I can track it's progress. Also, I wish their free shipping with $50 purchase did not exclude some items.

Called about product. Person who helped me was very friendly, informative and nice.

sent it back, waited then disappointed, need lighter weight one, no weight given online to compare ones there, lots of INCONVENIENCE on my part! Seniors with arthritis are common, writsts & fingers cannot handle that heavier weight. Now have to spend more hours searching online and walking dog with a 16 foot broken retracable leash. Angry!

Love the products offered and the prices, but I wish the company would not advertise that there is no shipping charge, then turn around and have a $5.00 service charge that goes away if you spend more than $50.00. Let's call a spade a spade and stop playing word games - it's really $5.00 for shipping unless you spend more than $50.00.

Reasonable pricing. Service is good. Shipping arrives as expected. Staff is friendly and helpful. As long as prices remain competitive I plan to continue using KV Vet supply
