KV SupplyReviews of kvsupply.com

I appreciate the great prices and quick delivery.

I ordred a product for France and it arrive 3 weeks after. The website must be in others langages.

I always get my shipment in good time, provided that my vet provides prompt response regarding my dog's prescription.

Good and efficient order and delivery

You were supposed to fax my vets office for the approval of the Viokase. After a couple of days they had not received any correspondence, my vets office then called and was told that it had not been faxed to you and your pharmacy did not know why.

i had to call them 4 times to get a prescription faxed to my vet which was not KV Supply's fault, it was my vet's fax line not working. they were very willing to resend and did it immediately. i do not like their website, though, and the process of links one has to go through to get prescription meds.

They did not have all of the items that I ordered in stock. The items that I did receive came as advertised.

Overall, a great experience. My only request would be a bit more user friendly website for prescriptions. I tend to do those over the phone because I am unsure about how to make the system work optimally.
