I cringe every time I have to place an order with you due to the fact that it always requires a minimum of a half an hour, rather than the 5 minutes it should take to complete an order, start to finish. If not for this issue I would have given at least a 4 star and most likely a 5 star review rating.

This is second time this has occurred (shared this problem with KV before). Product arrives, pet treat, with one month left on the use-by date ( I bought 6 bags and this is not possible to use in one month).

Prescription order - order placed online and written prescription mailed THE SAME DAY via NYC Post Office. It took 10 days for KV Supply to get around to opening the mail and matching the prescription to my order. Assuming the usual 3 day postal transit time, that means the delivered mail "sat" for 1 week before someone got around to processing! It is now Day 12 and the order has just been mailed out (not yet rec'd). Meanwhile, my dog is running out of meds... Do not use for prescription medications unless you have at least one month's supply remaining!!! Update - fast shipping once processing is complete - rec'd goods on Day 13 and upgraded rating.

I have always liked KV Supply however some of the products I have purchased I have found lacking. I had previously bought Advantage 11 for cats over 9 lbs. A couple of months ago we used a flea bomb in our apt.,took our cat to the vet & used said product on her. Of course we stayed out of the house the directed time however she still had fleas the next day. This week I applied Sentry Fiproguard Max for cats & sprayed everything with Advantage treatment spray. Same result as before ---- my cat STILL has fleas and she does not feel well. I am NOT happy about these results & can ill afford to pay for products that do not work. I am a disabled person of 76 on a small social security allotment. I bought these products (except the flea bomb) from KV.

I was satisfied with most of my order but the dog collar I ordered was not the color of yellow that is displayed on the web site. It is more lime green and I have been searching for a true yellow. Will keep since it would cost too much to return!

I ordered a product, on the recommendation from my vet, for Adequan. The item was on backorder and I received the needles but no follow up as to when the Adequan was to ship. It would have been nice to receive an e-mail advising when the product was due to come in. I had to contact the company to find out any information. Needs more communication with the customers.
