I have used KV pet supply for years. Service and technology just keeps getting better. The only improvement I would suggest is that they notify me when a package has been shipped and offer a tracking number. I never quite know when it is going to arrive. And sometimes the carrier leaves a notification of attempted delivery and sometimes they just leave the package. It would be nice if the procedures with the carriers were consistent. While technically this may not be KV's responsibility it is tied to customer satisfaction. Thank you

Excellent service good people

I have a 6 year old boston terrier that was just diagnosed with cushings and heart failure. The three prescription medications were costing us around 160.00 a month. No with the two prescriptions I found through KV pet supply the monthly medication are about half of that now. Our Boston is doing great now.

I really like this company. They were very helpful and when they did not get the Rx right away, they called me to double check if I had sent it in case it got lost in the mail. Very nice and respectful staff. Thank You!!

Wow, I could not believe how soon after I ordered a product for my cat that we received it, like the next day??? That is almost unheard of and no shipping on top of that. I like that they have so many products to choose from and so many of them are of a more natural and holistic approach of treating your animals which means a lot to me.
